Service:
The rate as agreed upon includes the following services with no extra fees:

Photos delivered in the form of a Digital Online gallery of all the presentable photos taken.

Basic editing (e.g., color correction, and exposure adjustments).
Estimated Delivery:
The finished product is estimated to be available within 1 week of the completed photoshoot. The Photographer is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond their control.
Cancellations:
If the Client cancels within 72 hours of the scheduled session, the deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of natural disasters or emergencies (e.g., serious illness, family emergencies, extreme weather).

If the Photographer cancels the session for any reason, the deposit will be fully refunded to the Client.
Rescheduling Policy:
The Client may reschedule a session due to natural disasters or emergency situations (e.g., serious illness, family emergency, extreme weather) without penalty. In such cases, the deposit will be applied to the new session date.

If the Client reschedules for a new date within four (4) weeks of the original session date, the deposit will remain valid and applied to the rescheduled session.

If the Client reschedules for a date beyond four (4) weeks from the original session for nonemergency reasons, the deposit will be forfeited.

If the Client cancels their session after rescheduling, the Client is only eligible for 50% refund of their deposit. Any subsequent rescheduling will result in no refund of the deposit.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned, there is a strict no-refunds policy, as delivered photos are considered non-refundable. Refunds will not be given due to “not liking a photo” after the buyer has already received the photographs, nor for any other reason.
Terms & Conditions
The Photographer retains the copyright to all images. The Client is granted to use the images for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use or resale of images is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Photographer.
